This Privacy Notice is in respect of how Louis Ting and Partners (“LTP”) collects, uses, and discloses certain personal information obtained through your engagement of our services, your email communication with us, your participation in our events, seminars and/or other promotional activities, our general business contact with you, and our public website at louistingpartners.com.my (“Website”) (collectively, the “Engagement”). This Privacy Notice does not address information collected through other sources such as the personal contacts of an attorney and/or employee.

As part of your Engagement with us, you may have provided your name, company name, e-mail address, phone number, address and such other personal information (collectively, the “Personal Information”).

If you have received unwanted e-mail or correspondence from LTP, please forward a copy of that e-mail or select the method (as set out in the correspondence) to opt out from such correspondence sent by LTP and adhere to the instructions provided.

 

Please do not send us any information that you or anyone else considers to be confidential or secret unless we have first agreed to be your lawyers in that matter. Such information shared with us before we agree to be your lawyers cannot be protected from disclosure. Kindly note that sending or responding to an e-mail or correspondence to or from LTP does not create a lawyer-client relationship with LTP.

Please note that our service providers (whether located inside or outside Malaysia) may also have access to the Personal Information, for reasons relating to the Purpose.
