Louis Ting

Louis commenced his legal career in the Corporate, Commercial & Securities team of Wong & Partners (member firm of Baker & McKenzie) from 2014 to 2019.

 

During his tenure at Wong & Partners, he regularly advised and assisted multinational and domestic corporate clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters. He subsequently worked to qualify as an advocate and solicitor in Sarawak in 2020, prior to founding Louis Ting & Partners.

 

He retains a special interest in law relating to healthcare and life sciences and technology, media and telecommunication and regularly assists foreign and domestic corporate clients navigate the investment landscape in Sarawak.

Tai Siew Yen

Siew Yen began her legal career in the Disputes Resolution department of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, in London from 2013 to 2014. Upon returning to Malaysia, she practiced as an associate in the Corporate, Commercial & Securities team of Wong & Partners (member firm of Baker & McKenzie) from 2015 to 2020. She was a legal consultant for Pathology Asia Holdings Pte. Ltd. in 2020, prior to joining Louis Ting & Partners.

 

Siew Yen regularly advises and assists multinational and domestic corporate clients on complex mergers and acquisitions and a wide range of corporate and commercial matters.

Clinton Tan

Clinton commenced his legal career in 2011 in Thomas Philip, eventually being made a partner in 2018, prior to joining Louis Ting & Partners. Clinton is experienced in handling a wide range of civil, commercial and corporate disputes including contract, construction, companies, medical negligence, probate, tort, and professional negligence disputes. He has appeared and argued in both the High Court of Malaya and the High Court in Sarawak, as well as the Court of Appeal and Federal Court of Malaysia.

 

Clinton is also experienced in handling high value and technical disputes in domestic and international arbitration, having appeared in both the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC) in Kuala Lumpur and the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC). Clinton is co-author of “Malaysian Litigation Series: Disclosure” published by Sweet & Maxwell.

Tien Chin Ann

Chin Ann commenced his legal career in the Capital Markets team of Adnan Sundra & Low from 2015 to 2017. He subsequently worked to qualify as an advocate and solicitor in Sarawak in 2018. Chin Ann was a corporate in-house legal officer for Roadtac Technology Sdn Bhd from 2018 to 2021, prior to joining Louis Ting & Partners.

Law Hui Hui

Hui Hui was called as an advocate and solicitor in Sarawak in 2017. She practiced as an associate in Loke, King, Goh & Partners in the Commercial, Corporate and Conveyancing Department from 2017 to 2021, prior to joining Louis Ting And Partners in 2021.
